Hi Caroline:

Did Cigna deny the predetermination this time around? I have been

calling Cigna every other day...they know me very well...needless to

say I found out that medical review had denied the predetermination,

again (they were reviewing again because they miraculously found the

letter of medical necessity from my ped). Back to the point...the

rep had suggested that I get a case manager working on this so that I

wouldn't have to call back so often...the number is 18006212159...you

can actually request for a case manager to find out why you were

denied and what the criterias are for approval. Now why didn't the

first rep that me that?! I haven't called yet, so I keep this board

updated regarding this. on has a skull xray and pt eval next

week...more documents to send to Cigna. I am gonna do everything I

can to get this approved. You know how many pair of shoes I can buy

with $3000?!
