Do you still have Cigna? I was told by CT in Dallas that Cigna

required a cranio facial surgeon (Cigna provider, of course) to get

measurements. Which band will you be getting? You could probably

call the company and ask them regarding your insurance. CT deals

with Cigna a lot so they knew which cranio facial surgeon I needed to

go to. I didn't need a referral because it was part of

predetermination process for Cigna.
