OK, I just went way over points again for the umpteenth weekend in a

row. How do you guys manage to stay on plan on the weekend? I know

banking points is one option, but I tend to graze the whole weekend

and eat over even the points I've banked. Any tips you guys have for

staying on plan are much appreciated. Oh yeah, one of my problems is

that I eat bigger breakfasts on the weekends. I enjoy making whole

wheat pancakes with a scrambled egg, etc. I don't " blow it " , but my

typical breakfast during the week is 2-3 points and I tend to eat 7-

10 pts with a weekend breakfast.

Any ideas, tips, etc. for avoiding the grazing and staying w/in my

range?
