200 g carbs

I think I'll go to the classes but I already know that I cannot tolerate too

many carbs. I guess they will have to adjust my diet to the amount that I can

handle.

My bs started out this morning at 170 and it finally came down at 4:07 to 143.

The only carbs I've had todat are green beans fried with onions and a little

milk in my coffee. I've already checked my bs 4 times today.
