Caroline,

I had Wanda (in Paramus) give my ped. a " sample " letter of medical

necessity that resulted in payment before was banded. We

have UHC and are still having some issues b/c they *think* they have

a contract with Cranial Tech (which they don't), but they have paid

1/2 of the amt to date... Maybe she can help your ped - but if

Lori's right, you may need a cranio facial surgeon...
