My BP was getting a tad higher than normal for me and I had some fluid

retention so I figured it was time to cut down and it was so easy I knew

my adrenals were kicking in very easily and well. I had NO adrenal

symptoms coming off it and spent two months where I went on TWO

vacations and the stress of changes hours, and new routines and away

from home foods.. All this was fine nd I suffered no setbacks, but right

before the second out of town trip this nerve in my neck starting giving

me trouble and it is worse than ever now. Could be an old injury or at

least that is what the Chiro thinks but it also could be from something

I did at work,. Big dogs are very strong and injuries like this are

common in groomers. But my adrenals are responding appropriately. high

Am cortisol and then low around noon with normal evening and night labs.

the pain from this is worst at night interrupting my sleep. I am sure

this is causing the high Am cortisol. Oh well, always something in this

body breaking down!

Because I want to give the glandulars a real chance before going to

the big guns. I'm concerned that I'll have real troubles withdrawing

if I remain on it much longer.

I went straight to HC...never used the glandulars for any length of

time.

The fluid retention symptom is tricky for me, because

I've had this noticeably on my legs (showing it by

wearing socks) for some time. This was long before I

started adrenal support.

Is there another reason for this? I drink the celtic

sea salt. I've been taking 1/4 teaspoon twice a day.

Should I bump it to 1/2 teaspoon? Or could it be

something else?

Have you increased the DLPA Val? It raises natural endorphins and is

certainly worth a try I believe.

I did the Nutri extra glandulars for a couple of weeks only with no result

before going on the h.c Steve.

I suppose at 57, with 15 years of serious suffering/incapacity under my belt

and probably a less than normal life expactancy before the HCV I felt I did

not have time to hang on. But then I am a bit like that anyway, lol, I may

well have gone for the big guns even if I had only beel in a year was was 25!

p.s. wishing you well with it, yes I think it makes sense to at least try

this first.

HYPO causes fluid retention as well. As you had this before adrenal support, i

would not think this is from the HC but rather form still being hypo. It will

not hurt to go to 1/2 tsp sea salt twice a day either.

I thought you said you were going to go back on HC for a bit? Or did I miss

something?
