Guest guest
Hi, thank you. I plan on doing my first flush this weekend. I just hope I'm on the right track. See, I haven't been officially diagnosed with gallstones. I don't currently have health coverage, and once I do I will have to wait a year, or else it will be considered " pre-existant " . I first started having chest pains 3 months ago, and went to the emergency room very late one night, because I thought I was having some kind of heart attack, it felt like a " lightning storm " in my chest, because I was having weird shooting or traveling pains, as well as an intense pressure at the center of my breastbone. My blood pressure, ekg and xrays were all normal, and I was told it was a panic attack. I haven't had those " lightning " pains since that night. However, I still have on and off again pains in my chest, most often focused tightly in one place on the right side, though sometimes it spreads out and it extends over my right shoulder. After reading about gallstones, I decided that it is probably my problem, considering my bad diet, and also I've gained back 30 pounds that I lost 2 years ago. Also, both my mother and my grandmother had theirs removed. And my mother recalls that my greatgrandmother also had gallbladder problems. I hope I'm right, in assuming its my gallbladder and that I can take care of this problem and flush it out. If the pain is still there, I'm afraid I will get discouraged and worry its something else.
