Guest guest
Are any of you developing white spots (vitiligo) as a result of adrenal failure? I started getting spotty a few months ago and stressed even more about that, not knowing what was going wrong. The dr. just casually said, " Oh, that's your adrenals failing, " and recommended a small dose of HC. As I've learned from this group and further research, I'm not on nearly enough to correct the problem. My question is, if I can get on a therapeutic amount of adrenal support, will pigmentation return?
Guest guest
It is my understanding that Vitilago is from hypothyroidism and DARK areas of the skin is from low cortisol. My white spots have been there for years but have not gotten any worse/better since thyroid optimization. I think they are there for life. Not the dark areas like in the arm pits and under breasts has gone away, so that I believe is reversible. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
