Guest guest
Hello my serious WW friends, I just got back from weigh in. I usually weigh in on Thursday evenings, but I had to work late, so I did it today. I am down 0.4, which to me, really isn't anything to shout about. I guess it's better than up 0.4. A month ago I was at my lowest with weight watchers. Down 43.2 pounds to 151.6. with only 6.6 pounds to goal (145) Then I don't know what happened, I must have gotten scarred or over confident. The next week I gained 4.8 pounds ARGH!! bringing me to -38.4, what a set back, that is the most I have gained in one week while being on this program. I belive I had too much red meat that week, I think that's what it was. I know it wasn't water weight bcz, in the last two weeks since, I have only lost a total of 1 of those pounds, .6 last week, and now .4 this week. DANG!! I was soo close!! But now I have you all, and I am all excited again. I am doing the 100 day challange, and I am on day 2 of the Wendi plan, so Hopefully next weeks weigh-in (Thursday eve) with be much better. I am just taking this one day at a time, and that's all I can do. I have to keep remembering how far I have already come. I am still much better off now than I was eight months ago. So while I was weigh-in, I found a new snack from WW. It's called FRUITIES. They are little sugar free fruit candies. They remind me of PEZ, but gummy like. There are 12 in a package and only ONE POINT per package. They come in Strawberry, lemon, and blackberry. There pretty good too. I love to suck on candies, and one point for 12 is pretty darn good, compared to the one point for 4 life savers I love to eat. Okay I have kept you long enough, hope all are having a great day, and all of you Seattle-ites are enjoyng the beautiful weather (finally).
