Hi! Here's a start:

For users of Windows XP having trouble with chat:

1. While in internet explorer go to the upper left hand corner

and click on " tools " and then " internet options. " You should see a

series of tabs. Click on the " advanced " tab and then scroll down

to " Microsoft VM. " Be sure " SUN Java " is not checked off. The

other boxes should be checked off.

2. You may need to install a version of " Microsoft VM. " You

can go to http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html where there

are many links to download it, so one is bound to work. I haven't

personally done this so can't tell you which work, but I know

someone here has downloaded it (I don't remember who—maybe they'll

chime in!).

Let me know how you make out with that and we'll go from there!
