Guest guest
This is concerning the recent posts relating to Medstar in Ft Worth. It is really getting out of hand. People, this is a forum for discussing medical issues, not management issues, or personnel issues. If you want to voice a problem with a system or company, voice it up the proper chain, where something can to be done to change it. On here, it's nothing more than complaining. It's very unprofessional, and it shows no respect to the company, nor to those that work there. I took GREAT OFFENSE to the recent comments regarding " pissy crews " providing poor customer service. If you're in a bad mood due the way MedStar is run, and it's affecting your patient care, do the rest of us a favor, and leave us out of the comment. I believe that might actually be considered slander in some cases. Some of us can seperate our personal problems from our duties in the field, allowing us to deal with our patients in a very professional manner. And as for the last apology to control. While it is a nice gesture, I noticed that the middle of the post once again went into trashing the system. I agree that there are problems with the system, but they are not going to be changed through this avenue. Put in a communication form, with any solutions you might have, and send it upstairs.
