Guest guest
Hey guys, I'm going nuts here. For the past month I've been mostly taking 1.5 grains (expect 5 days in the middle where i tried 2 grains and crashed). I've also gone from HC to prednisone (stable temps at last) to prednisolone (counterfeit???) back to prednisone (unstable temps). Here I am 8 days back onto prednisone and I feel like hell. But not the same hell I experienced with prednisolone (in which case I was having dizzy spells and really bad insomnia). My temps still won't stablize now that I'm back on prednisone. Depression is setting in, insomnia is improving (probably from adding 5mgHC at bedtime), back pain - sometimes adrenals other times more like a 'funny bone' sensation from kidney to hip, hair is falling out again, thyroid hurts (these last two symptoms are typical when I'm 'hyper'), really on edge - like a time bomb waiting to explode, always in a hurry but I don't know what for. All I can do is sit here and scream and cry. HEEEEELLPP!!! What's my next move - I feel like I'm running out of options and hope. All I do is chase my tail. I thought it temps were fluctuating it meant adrenal problems. That's what mine were doing a little while back and I increased my h.c to 30. Now my temps are low but stable and I have increased Armour accordingly. I hope I am getting the hang of this. Guest guest
> How much pred/hc are you on now, when and for how long? 7.5 predNISONE since Sept 6.(after my predNISOLONE crash) Added 5 mg HC Sept 9th or so. Is it possible that some people can take upi to 1 month to feel the effects?
Guest guest
>>Is it possible that some people can take up to 1 month to feel the effects?<< Yes. I do not feel you are on too high a dose, if this works for you. I would keep this schedule for a week or so longer then try a tiny thyroid increase of 15MG. Keep your thyroid doses WELL split up this helps your body handle the extra T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
>>Dare I raise my armour while my temps are all over the place????<< Is it the daily averages that are fluctuating, or just the during each day they are all over? If it is the daily averages, I would not raise thyroid dose. During each day it is quite normal to have fluctuations. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Since then I only see if I'm constant...which I'm not so I haven't benn writing them down. What does each pattern tell me about my thyroid or my adrenals?
