Guest guest
Hi again, Over the past few days I have really been tracking symptoms, what seems to make things worse and waht alleviates pain. AS I mentioned in my post to Tom, conscious relaxation of the pelvic muscles really helps - I was amazed at how much. I'm a very tense person and as I'm sure everyone here can relate to, I've been REALLY uptight since this thing started. So the relaxation has helped me a great deal. For the past few days I have felt more sore than actually in pain - that's a step in the right direction. One thing I have noticed is that once in a while, I flush - I mean I get hot, not just my face but my lower body too. When this happens the burning really kicks in. Now, I know that sounds like menopause, but I am only 42 and still menstruating regularly. Clearly, though, this has to be hormonal. If I can get cooled off immediately, the burning slows down or stops. Has anyone else experienced this? Also - has anyone noticed their symptoms worsening if they overextend themselves? Like on a " good " day I might walk too much, or do housework involving a lot of bending - I feel much worse after doing this. I'm finding too that I can sit longer at the computer, but the car is still really difficult. Why would that be? I feel like I can't go out anymore. I asked about low oxalate diet, again I am curious about any results, positive or negative, that people have had with this approach. Thanks in advance, sorry for all the questions....
