Once again I feel compelled to chastise rotten.com and sites like it as blatant

voyeurism with no redeeming quality, as well as a potential violation of

patient confidentially. I'll agree that pictures can be valuable clinical

teaching tools, but they must be accompanied with a full case study in order to

add the vital elements of humanity, definitive care, and outcome.

I was sent that pic from a friend and he said it was a suicide attempt with

an M-80 in his mouth!
