[texasems-L] Codeine for Subdural Hematoma Pain Relief

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the use of Codeine as an analgesic

for patients with subdural hematomas...Why would this be the drug of choice

as opposed to another pain med? Any input would be appreciated...
