Guest guest
Thanks to all who responded to my husband taking GLYBURIDE and getting DAILY low blood sugar readings--shakiness, fatigue, the pits! He called the VA, and all they can dispense is Glyburide, Metformin, and Insulin. METFORMIN, when I looked it up at the Canadian Drug Site, showed one brand of it to be Glucophage!! Is that the same as the Glucophage that Vicki recommended?? We will get back to see the VA doc next week, and I will strongly recommend that he get changed to Metformin if those of you think it is a better choice than Glyburide.
