Guest guest
Hi Val,Do you think any of these therapists could be used instead of getting braces, if the problem is a jaw malformation?(My son has straight teeth but a major jaw malformation) You might also consider consulting an oro-myofacial therapist. They look at muscles, ligaments, tongue, etc. that affect structure, palate, and function and examine tone, strength and other things. They work to stabilize the work done by the orthodontist. Also, besides cranial sacral therapy, a cranial osteopath can also help. Val
Guest guest
It's probably best to consult an oro-myofacial first. They can tell you more about what else could be done exercises wise outside of braces. I guess it would be depend on the severity and how it was malformed.
