Peridan C is Vit C but it is bound to proteins so you don't urinate it

all out. I had never heard of it before. I take 400 mg of it 4

times a day.

What ever it is, my hot flashes are much less and my crotch is better.

Of course, being home for 3 weeks I have worn no pants the whole

time (almost). Just gowns and no undies. Had to go off Estradiol

cream and testosterone cream because of the cancer. I am NOT on a low

oxalate diet. I am taking calcium citrate and using A and D ointment

for skin on vulva.

Hi ,

I hope it continues to go well for you. I've been

forgetting to tell you of a great book written by a

doctor called Bernie Siegel, M.D.. He works with

cancer patients and it's about his insights into what

he calls " exceptional patients " , the ones who either

cope really well with everything and/or recover from

their illness. I don't have cancer but i love his

work. The book is called Love, Medicine and Miracles.

It's only a fairly small paperback.

Just thought i'd mention it, it really is very

inspiring.

Much Love Deb

I think those tests are distinct from food INTOLERANCE

tests, have you tried those?

Right, there is no test for food intolerance, and some food allergy

tests are not sensitive enough to pick up all allergies. But you can

always do an elimination diet yourself for 1-3 weeks, then

reintroduce foods one by one to see if one or a couple bother you. It

is a little tough to do an elimination diet, cause so many potential

allergens like corn (corn syrup, corn starch, etc...) are in many

products. You pretty much have to read all the labels and cook for

yourself for that 1-3 weeks. But hey getting rid of the pain for good

would be worth it eh?

Peridin C is a form of Vit C, but is bound by proteins and you don't

excrete it away as readily
