Oxalates and pain on limbs

I just want to share my experience of the effect that taking too many herbs can

have in the body.

I have been having kidney problems and I was told to take herbal mixtures, but I

noticed that since I started taking them I started developing the following

symptoms: sore toes, first on left foot and knee and later on the right, then I

got the pain on my right arm and hand at the same time as the feet and I started

to become a bit concerned because I could hardly move my limbs, and when I spoke

to my doctor her answer was that I probably have arthritis and it was becoming

worse.

But reading some information in the Oxalate group made realize that the symptoms

I was having were caused to Oxalate accumulation from all the herbs I had been

taking and decided to stop them all and to my suprise within a few days the pain

I had was almost gone and I could move my limbs freely again.

From now on I will think twice before I take too many herbs and will try to go

for homeopathy instead as herbs can be good on one hand but on the other can

cause other problems that we don't need or want.
