He had bad case of Dr Jekyl/Mr Hyde scenarios. He was showing hallucinations and falling issues since prior to 1994. We moved in to take care of him Jan 19, 2003 and still live in his house. And in feb 2009, i have been diagonosed with 99% probability of lbd. Hoping that a cure or treatment will be found before it's too late for me. Good to hear also that Joan is sounding strong too. All good news. Thanks Deb ________________________________ To: LBDcaregivers Sent: Mon, September 6, 2010 12:09:49 PM Subject: pray for joan croft From: Sharon Murray  Hi, Sharon, thank you so much for letting us know. I live near Joan and just called her. She is in a good hospital, my husband has been there many times. She sounded strong and felt like talking so that's good. She was told she would be in the hospital for at least three days, so I am going to go see her tomorrow. They've revised the diagnosis, saying there is no UTI. They are running all kinds of tests, MRI, stress, and others - like they always do once they catch up with you! I told her when she gets out she'll at least know that everything is working! Joan and I have met for breakfast a few times, and talked on the phone a lot. We are going to be co-facilitating a LBD caregiver support group. I've gotten to know her and she is really a special person. I also know she has wonderful neighbors and friends, including all of you, around her. Hugs, Deb in Las Vegas (57) Husband (81) diagnosed with LBD 2009, probable Alzheimer's, PTSD 2010.
