This is my first time to write. I have monitored the group support for awhile.

My husband, now 77, was diagnosed with LBD in 2008. He has not digressed into

the disease as fast as my research has suggested. His balance is poor. He falls

a lot. His cognition is " fairly " good.

My current concern is local oral anesthetics during dental work he needs. What is

safe. Is the " crazy gas " thing commonly used in dental offices safe?

We live in a small community where LBD is unheard of. I carry the load of

controlling his medications on my shoulders. I see it will soon be out of my

control.
