Guest guest
Hi, I recently posted my daughter's Canary Club results that showed very elevated cortisol in the afternoon and at midnight. They were otherwise toward the top of the normal ranges. I am planning to try armour for her when the time is right. I am currently giving High doses of vitamin c, using sea salt, and giving Seriphos. I wonder if this is enough. I do see where it is recommended that HC is used in similar cases I imagine to rest the adrenals. HC at 5mg was tried by her doctor a few months ago. She did have more difficulty sleeping initially, but the bigger problem was that her immune system apparently became depressed. She was ill with one thing after another for weeks until we removed the HC. I was wondering if it would be wise to try again at a lower dose, spaced throughout the day. Would a low dose of Isocort be better? Would it be best just to stick with what we are doing now? All comments are appreciated. Kathy T.
