I would do it during the week. Take weekends off. This would kinda regulate me so my sugar would burn even with out walking(on weekends) How much and far do you walk? ~**~ I was walking about a mile and a half going to and from work. Than arthritis started in my feet and ankles so I slowed down a lot. I think it's time to get back at it sore feet or not. I need to get more of this weight of.
