Guest guest
Hey, everybody! I lost another 1.9 pounds at weigh in last night, bringing me to over 41 pounds lost total now! Yahoo! I'm only 2.8 pounds from my second ten percent goal! I'm planning to buy myself a great workout outfit when I get there, something I can be proud to wear to the gym... Guest guest
Yeah, Diane, I agree with you about the HR monitor. I've had one for months now and it's been great. I am an information junkie, and I love getting all the feedback on my workout. I even keep a record. I found out after I bought this one that there are actually ones that will hook up to your computer and download all your training info without you having to keep a paper copy. Brilliant! But I am perfectly happy copying it down myself into my journal the " old fashioned " way... Amy > Go ahead and get a heart rate monitor, too.
