Kristy, How much baking soda do you put in your bath, how much sea salt? Is

it okay when you hane a yeast infection? I had chronic inflammation for

years, without yeast, and this year I started to have one yeast infection

after the other. I have no idea, why this happens.

Anne,

I didn't like the Epsom salts either. That's why I prefer the baking soda

and/or sea salt. I also figured out that the reason that I burned the first

time that I ever did sitz baths and used baking soda in the water is b/c my

vulvar area was so raw but then after a while it started healing the area. I do

hope that you find something that works well for you real soon.

that wasnt very much was it. i dont think i used even that much. but were you

horribly sore after it for days and days? did it peel? was it better after

it calmeddown? or did it never even calm down.

I dunno, I only used it yesterday. The itching immediately afterwards was

agonizing and it's still very bad today.
