I would first try 30MG for at least a month, then if that didn;t do it, go to

35MG.

OK, thanks.

I really can't even recommend trying more than that, cause I am not Dr

Peatfield! LOL But I feel safe in recommending you to try up to 35MG a day, and

that is plenty for almost everyone.

I would not be turning off my adrenals by doing this would I? That is a

concern.

It is amazing some of the people have had SO much better healing on just a

tad more.

Oh I hope you are right Val, fingers crossed.

YES unless you have definite hyper symptoms. Like a rise in temps above normal,

or hands that are visibly trembling.

OK, will keep doing the temps then. Interesting to see if the pattern

changes.

Thanks Val.

ps I took on board your comments about lifestyle changes and had tea instead

of coffee this morning with just 500 mg (instead of a gram) of DLPA to

lighten my load.

Well this will come as a surprise but the coffee is better for you! Teas

contain lots of Fluoride!

Really! lol All that sacrifice for nothing. Maybe organic tea is the way to

go. Since I posted about having tea instead of coffee ihad another read of

Dr 's book, Adrenal Fatigue, and he says NO tea either because, yes, the

flouride and also still a fair bit of caffeine.

Oh but come on Dr , I need SOME small pleasures in life, lol

Yes, looks like I will have to buy in some organic. Good idea anyway, my

coffee was organic so why ot my tea. Why? Because I didn't drink it, that's

why,

lol

Not a help here, tea only grows on fluoride rich soils so tea, even Green Teas

are not good at all. A LITTLE coffee has not hurt me a bit.. I am NOT giving up

my coffee either! LOL
