Hello,

It was my understanding, that the estrace or premarin cream would

only toughen the skin. It shouldn't make the Labia minora any bigger.

It sounds you might have a bacterial infection.

It is very hard to diagnose, Sometimes the culture will come back

with a false negative, Treatment usually acts quicly, but the

infection is prone to return.

(Not exactly what you wanted to hear, huh)

Also, your feelings, may be due to having withdrawl symptoms of going

off the amytriptilyn.
