Last week in my google alert I saw that a website called

seniorhomecareinformation.com had placed an article called The Cruelty of Lewy

Body Dementia, Part II on their site, passing it off as their own. However, that

was a post, word for word, from MY blog -

http://chiachatter.blogspot.com/2010/05/cruelty-of-lewy-body-dementia-part-ii.ht\

ml - that I had written on May 18th. I wrote a comment to the article telling

them so, which was never acknowledged.

Today I got another alert, this time MY WORDS were on a site called zimbio.com -

MY article again, with the author being given as seniorhomecareinformation.com!

I tried to contact zimbio.com, and got dozens - literally - of popup windows

that I couldn't close as fast as they were opening. So I tried to get contact

information for the first site but there is none on their website, anywhere. So

I ran a whois, and that name is " hidden " by the domain reseller.

I am so furious, MY WORDS, without permission, and MY MOTHER'S STORY are being

spread around the internet and I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT!

I just don't know what do about it. I don't have an attorney and couldn't afford

one anyway, but this is SO WRONG. People tell me " it happens all the time " . Oh,

so that makes it ok?

Anybody have any suggestions? I'm just so ticked off!

His,

Sherry
