Dear , You are lucky to live by a great PT who knows a ton about vulvar pain. I saw her a couple of years ago: Dee Hartmann, PT, . She's a ISSVD member (International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease). Other ISSVD members in the Chicago area are: Sebastian Faro, MD at Rush-Presbyterian Rocco Lobraico, MD Ron Meltzer, MD Cheryl Nordstedt, MD Wilbanks, MD at Rush-Presbyterian (312) 942-6382 Also, there's a multidisciplinary vulvar clinic at the University of Chicago (or at least there was in 1998). The gyn is Anita Blanchard, MD at . Good luck, __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi eveyone, A lot of you may not know me I have been on the list for about a year now. I get the digest, so I do not post much. The doctor I am currenlty seeing in Chicago is: Dr. Nye, 500 N. Michigan, . She is a wonderful doctor. She really listens to you. , were did you get your list of doctors? He is very kind and honest and always listens to me. My regular doc, Dr.Moses also sees people with LS and VV but I didn't respond to his treatments so he refered me to Mercer. Anyway his name is Lane Mercer and he is at 30 n michigan. #. Best of luck! Guest guest
, My HMO had referred me to Dr. Mercer, but I did not go see him because he was in the same office as Dr. Meltzer. I thought he would be big on sugary too. I would like to get a Chicago support group formed. Anyone else from Chicago? Take care, I see DR. Mercer in chicago.
