I forgot to post here about my weigh in results this past Thursday.

I finally made my next mini goal and passed 35 pounds gone! I lost

2.8 pounds this past week, which puts me a little over 36 pounds

total gone, gone, gone! Yeah for me!

Go ahead and get a heart rate monitor, too. I find that they make SUCH a

difference in workouts...they actually prevent you from OVER-training,

which -- oddly enough -- is the biggest problem folks have. I don't hate

going to the gym because I know I won't DIE , so I go more often... I just

keep my heart rate where it should be and if that means slowing down, I no

longer feel guilty doing it. It helps you know what's best for your body.

As a result of using it since December, I'm now in better shape than I have

been in years. I thought folks who wore those things were silly, but then I

got one and I swear by it.
