Hi, all! Well, we weighed in yesterday...I didn't lose anything this week,

although after I thought last week was going to be so awful and instead I lost 3

#, I've given up trying to make any rhyme or reason to it all.... ;-)

I'm just so pleased that I have actually found some exercise that I can

tolerate! Hopefully that will catch up to me next week and I'll have lost some.

(husband) lost 2 more pounds! yea!!

Wow! That must have been one TALL lawn! Five years! *whistles* <wink>

Isn't it wonderful how (for many of us) the first few weeks really are

nice losses? It's VERY motivating. And yes, even ten pounds make a huge

difference in how you move and feel. I'm down 46 and I find I move

inside my body so much differently than I used to. For one thing, I

actually MOVE my body! Keep on running and moving (Curves is awesome if

you have one near you) and doing the right stuff for your body.

I weighed in yesterday and had lost another 11 pounds. That makes a

total of 25. I am so excited. I also got up to 1 mile yesterday. Even

losing this much is making me feel better. I even got out last night

and cut the front lawn which I havent' done in 5 years.

1 more pound gone and 2 more weeks before I can measure myself. I don't know

if it is my imagination or not but I seem to have lost fat around my knees, I

can actually see a knee when I sit. I will find out in 2 weeks if there

really is a change in inches around there.
