Guest guest
Hi everyone: I found out that Cigna will pay out of network benefits 70%. We will appeal for the in network benefits since Cigna does not provide an in network provider. Here is the address: Cigna National Appeal Unit PO BOX 5225 Scranton, PA 18505 or you can FAX 800-286-6797 The address and fax # is for coverage amount appeal not claim appeal. I would definitely fax the letter...much faster . I was told by the rep that I could not appeal until the claim was processed...in 10- 15 days. Good luck to anyone fighting! Guest guest
They are all over the country, I would make sure that the rep gave you accurate info before you put that in the appeal - or at least mention the specific rep and/or their manager who told you that in the appeal. Every time I called Cigna I got different information so I don't place a whole lot of trust in their reps. Re: Cigna Update : Lisha and Hi Janina: Is Hanger in Dallas/FT Worth Area? I was told by the rep that there wasn't an in network provider in my area. Was I given incorrect info, again?
