gold standard for methylation testing?

Hi,

I am borderline methylator on my recent urine hormone test.

My doctor thinks the methylation or kpu is why i seem to have so much trouble.

he suggested vitamin diagnostics for teh methyl pannel..but i have always heard

yaskos work is more detailed.

i must say he was quite intuitive bc he thought it was a sulfur pathway issue,

and it does sseem to be i have probls with sulfur.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
