The Vitamin C I take is:

NF Formulas, Inc.

Buffered Vitamin C with Echinacea

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid USP) 1.5 g

Calcium ( as Calcium carbonate) 396 mg

Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) 324 mg

Potassium (as potasium bicarbonate) 104 mg

Citric Acid 925 mg

Echinacea purpurea 15mg

It's a powder..mix

Re: the doctor finally called

I have a problem with dizziness too. Taking Armour has helped, but I

also use Emer'gen-C. Its a powder that you add to water. It is

really high in Potassium and Vitamin C. It also has other vitamins

in it - Bs and some Calcium too. I know if you don't get enough

Potassium, you can have problems with dizziness and light

headedness. Just a thought. This stuff has helped. My ND told me

its good to use while you are exercising rather than drinking

Gatorade.
