In addition to getting very shakey & nervous inhaling the Ipratropiu Bomide & Albuterol, I have been getting severe leg cramps........which is a side effect. I will just keep plugging along experimenting until I get the right combination. You are so right about coughing hard to get that mucus out. Hope you are feeling better these days. For bronch nebs are generally used to thin secretions so don't have cough so hard to remove them. One form is saline - 3 - 6% solution, prescribed (don't mix from table salt!!!) or Mucomyst or whatever USA has available for you. My symptoms/problems are as follows:Though I do not have much cough in the lungs the sputum which comes out is greyish or yellowish. Occasionally it is with a little blood.I exercise regularly. However if I walk too briskly my chest feels heavy.I experience general fatigue and do not put on weight.Could anyone tell me if these are the general signs of Bronchoectasis and is blood with sputum normal?
