Suzy, there is a physiological reason why sublingual is better, even

if you are not " feeling " it doing better. It really has nothing to

do with " what works for one may not work for another. " It's simply

that when you do the Armour sublingually, you are allowing it to go

directly to your blood stream, and by-passing the stomach (where the

T3 can especially be bound by calcium, iron, etc.) and bypassing the

liver, where anything you consume goes through even more processing

and stressing on the liver.

And doing something " for a few days " probably won't give you any

noticeable difference, if there is a obvious difference to be had.

But if psychologically or intellectually you prefer downing it, go

for it!!
