Hi Judi,

You can get those pill dispensers (plastic containers with the days marked on

them). That is what I use to remember to take my meds. Every Sat night, I

put my meds (Tamoxifen and Actonel) in for the coming week. It is much

easier to look in there to see if you have taken meds or not. Most

pharmacies have them and they are not expensive.

For anyone taking several different meds throughout the day, they also have

them available for daily meds. They are sectioned off according to times of

day.

Thanks for the gentile reminders, I can really use my today. Its been a

weekend, didn't get much exercise until yesterday, but I need to test more.

so it balanced off some.
