Since my Mom had a major heart attack at a young age I need to watch

mine...though she smokes <still> and eats horribly....doesn't exercise, etc., I

just don't really want to go through that! lol...

:o)

For -Cholesterol

that is great how your cholesterol went down. I wish mine would.
