You asked about my meds: imuran 100 mg, prednisone 10 mg, corgard 40 mg (beta blocker for portal hypertension), lactulose 20 grams 4 times a day (for encephalopathy), aldactone 50 mg 3 times a day (for ascites), osteo-protect (calcium and vit D + multi vits), milk thistle 1600 mg daily, estratest (HRT), aveeno baths (for itching), and 1 mg ativan if needed for sleep. If blood work continues to be "acceptable, considering your degree of cirrhosis", I will keep on this med schedule. Luckily I'm direct from Philly but I was reminded that one airline I have point activity with is better for east to west coast flights because of the central hubs. For sure a bummer to have to go west to come back east.
