Guest guest Posted February 4, 2005 Report Share Posted February 4, 2005 If you witness this type of abuse, you (or anyone, whether they have a placard or not) can contact the store/mall management. I have found them to be extremely supportive, and if they are too small of a business to have their own security force, they will notify the local police.
