Guest guest
I've seen it. It shows people who are very ill from Lyme and many people talk about seeing even over 100 doctors before they were properly diagnosed and started treatment for Lyme. They then show some people at the end who get well after many months of antibiotics and seeing big name doctors in the "real" Lyme arena. I say that because some docs call themselves Lyme experts but are not considered Lyme experts unless they believe in long-term treatment or treatment long enough to get the patient well and good testing, such as from Igenex or the understanding that relying on symptoms is much more important than lab results. Anyhow, it's very well done, will waken up some emotions in you, and give you a little hope that some people are making efforts towards a change. At one point, a doc turned researcher, says that most of the Alzhiemer's patients he asked for brain tissue from (post mortum) tested positive for Lyme in their brain tissue. So, very interesting, and very educational that pathogens are a lot more causative to chronic illnesses with unknown causes than what we think. The main theme of the movie is that Lyme patients are disabling ill and doctors are not treating them, but instead are denying Lyme exists and denying it takes long-term treatment to rid. Love and prayers, Heidi N I've yet to have the opportunity to see this movie. Any reviews? Please share. I just thought I would share the information I came across on the underourskin. com website.
