Guest guest
-- I will watch for chills and make a bee line for ER and try and have him call the dr. Wed if things aren't better. What is imuran? Maybe it is just a virus he feels sick to his stomach and I was able to get him to eat some yogurt, and will try some soup later, Low sodium which I always try and use. We are not going to house party but he insists I go for a short time it is only a few blocks away. Thanks for the words of encouragement I can't tell you how much I love you all. Guest guest
Dee, Phil had the nausea, vomoiting and chills prior to his diagnosis of PSC and having his gallbladder out. He is one that gets cholangitis attacks and the pain can be in the back too. The biggest key is fever anything over 101 you should definately go to ER. Those who putts around for days usually end up sicker and have a harder time controlling it. But if he isn't running a fever you could probably wait. After having several infections Phil now knows the classic signs and how is feels and we've even gone in before the fever gets up to 101. Everytime he's been admitted to the hospital for a few days of IV Cipro. The quicker he goes the quicker he gets out. He has had pain without fever that goes away by itself, the real key is the fever.
