Guest guest
Dee, I know exactly what you mean when you talk about helplessness. We caregivers are not doctors or can we make this disease go away, BUT we can do research and ask questions and that " is " what you are doing. There has been MANY times when I though Marty was just going to continue to get worse, BUT by doing research, being persistent, and not giving up hope, things have turned around for him (Thank God). You have to keep trying different things (medications, etc.) and " definitely " stay in communication with his Doctor. I think men do not like to complain and run to the doctor, BUT we women do not like to see our loved ones in pain. You have to go with your gut feel and most of all do not give up Hope. Hope Bob feels better soon, Irene (wife of )
