I once saw a lady dressed in all white who was almost transparent, this was many years ago just outside of Shamrock Texas on the shoulder of I-40. I very rarely stop for anybody so I hesistated to stop but then I turned around and went back as soon as I could, and she was gone. If you've ever seen the panhandle of Texas you would know that there was not anywhere to go or hide. As I am a christian, I certainly believe in angles but was very suprised at this event as I was just driving I-40 late at night and the was just nothing happening to bring on an angle. The only thing I could even guess at was that it is very easy to fall asleep especially on I-40 when there is very little traffic and just seeing something like that would keep even a not believer awake for a long time. Like a lot of things that happen in our lives which we don't understand, I guess we have to believe they happened for a reason. I don't know if I believe that, but I do believe that God is helping me. mike
Guest guest
I guess maybe things like this happen to give us little bits of hope and for non-believers or those of us who sometimes falter in our beliefs to see that perhaps there is something....my oldest daughter does NOT believe in anything...even this story has totally blown her away....One guy said it was probably just the moon on the water...well, there was no moon that night and if you'd ever seen this area, it is blacker than black....it is an area of fossil cliffs and is very destitute... I envy people who really have that faith like you, despite the adversities and the illness, you believe that God is helping you...I know my Mike believes in God, but I also know he's having a hard time justifying the crap he's been handed in life.
