Guest guest
You might need to up your water since you are exercising a lot. You are using lots of the water you are drinking. Drink an extra cup for each 30 mins of exercise. You actually might be sweating it out instead of spending extra time in the ladies' room!! Guest guest
Karla, I ordered one from E-bay a couple of days ago with the " Buy Now " feature. I'll let you know how I like it. If nothing else, I figure its like a string tied around your finger ...a constant reminder. Joy Question I saw some Weight Watchers bracelets point counters on ebay today. Has anyone used these to keep track of their points? How did you like them? I don't think these are available in Canada but it looks like something I could make. Feedback, please. Thank you! Guest guest
I heard muscle weighs more because it is denser. However, if you are more muscley, you burn calories faster, so its a good thing. I have seen weight training recommended along with aerobic exercise (walking, etc) --- gail0914 wrote: > Since I'm allergic to exercise I don't know the > answer to this :-). Guest guest
Hello, Well, I have been lurking for a while now. Joined several thyroid Groups and have been inundated with info etc. I am seriously considering going " natural " . I first heard of porcine thyroid from a naturopath and thought it was way out wacky stuff at the time and never followed it up. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism 10 years ago and last month decided there had to be more info than the zilch I was told (except of course the " Take this and you'll feel fine again! " ...which I didn't) I started researching Armour when I found groups such as this one. Found where I can buy it on the Net, then after 3 days of phone calls and being passed from department to department, having to explain each time exactly what it was I wanted to bring into the country (Australia) and why, I found out that our quarantine laws would prevent me from doing it! So I got to work with Google again, and found 2 thyroid organizations here in Australia and it was here that I found what we call compounding chemists, who will make up Armour from a doctor's prescription! I have given my doctor the info and she is more than happy to work with me on this. At present, I am taking 300mcgs Thyroxine daily. Here are my latest lab results. TSH 0.34 mIU/L (0.5 - 3.7) Free T4 18 pmol/L (10 - 25) Free T3 4.8 pmol/L (3.1 - 5.4) Based on this, can anyone tell me what the equivalent would be in Armour? Are my figures OK? Doctor said if anything, I was on slightly too much Thyroxine based on my TSH, but she didn't change it . Could my freeT4 and T3 be higher? I am cross that I had to go searching for all this stuff by myself..............my doctor had never even heard of porcine thyroid. Anyway, I have found you all now.................hooray!.....................Meleese

I've told them that my mother is now in a nursing home and cannot take care of her own affairs. They asked if she had signed a power of attourney, and I told them that the only one I have is about healthcare. They said they'd make a note of it, but the debt would keep getting higher because of late fees Can they go after my mother's bank accounts? I'm also on her accounts; would that make a difference? I'm also trying to sort out the car title. My mother never got a copy, even though the car was paid off in 2007. Is it possible to have my sister put on it? Thanks for the help. Guest guest
Can you not pay the bills with her bank accounts. You can explain to the bill collectors that your mom has dementia and didn't 'know' to pay her bills...perhaps they will waive all the fees? Cry is you have to! > > I have debt collectors calling my house about my mother's bills. I've told them that my mother is now in a nursing home and cannot take care of her own affairs.
