Just received my Immusist natural - my 10yr old daughter (70lbs) tested well for it, but not the original (no surprise to me). So I'm definitely excited to see some results but worried about herxing/ side effects, I can't cope with her tearing the house apart or anything. Are additional binders needed with this?

what should I expect and how quickly can I build up to her doc's recommended dose of 15 drops/2x a day? how many drops to start?

how are you getting your kids to take it? will putting it in a little bit of juice and chasing with some rice milk or a spoonful of nut butter work?

TIA,

Roseann

Good Morning Roseann...we are trying to unbury from all the ice/snow (the kids

are begging to go out & sled so I've got to do the quick version :o)

I'm going to leave the beginning dosage more open for your mom-o-meter w/these

general guidlines:

was 12 & about 70% recovered w/well working open detox pathways...we

started him on 5 drops 1x day. About 2 weeks later we added a pm dose of 5 drops

(upped to 5 drops 2x day). We worked up to his current ART testing dose of 10

drops 2x day...we also had to up his binders when we saw some typical detox

behaviours to keep them in check...the behaviours we saw were VERY toxic metal

related (we were well aware of these as he acted like w/were chelating

him....extra drooling, more frustrated, ect)....looking at his DD Hair Analysis

it's VERY apparant that it's mercury excretion (his body is naturally chelating

at a higher level than even chelation brought us).

On the other end of the spectrum one of our WA groups child...5yo very little

biomed/poor detox drainage pathways was started on 1 drop 1x day & has worked up

to 3 drops. The mom is on a low budget & has added no binders/etc...the child

has had no negative reactions, only positive including now words & classroom

interaction.

In the middle we have a 4yo in our WA group...very little biomed to start (he

was earlier on starting it so has been on it about 10 mo now). He started on 1

drop & worked up to 3 drops over a period of a month. He stayed on 3 drops for a

few months then worked up to 3 drops 2x day (that's all he ART tested for). He

had significant strep & tonsil problems. A couple of months ago he just ART

tested for had his T & A removed (he did GREAT w/the surgury...we had him swish &

brush his teeth w/the Immusist). Here's the interesting part...he just ART

tested for upping the Immusist to what would be his child's full dose of 8 drops

2x day (he actually ART tested the same for both the original & the

natural...but after this bottle they have agreed to switch to the natural....).

We're thinking that his body has less to fight w/the load of pathogens from the

tonsils so it now feels it can handle more :o) They are just now ramping up on

the Immusist dose, there binders are mainly alfalfa & if I remember right NDF+

(lots of chlorella). This child has gone from non-verbal to very

verbal....non-cooperative to very ingaging.

I've given you ranges....so pick where you think you fit & put your mom-o-meter

on...back down when you feel you need it...up when you feel you can...add

binders before backing down to see if binders will help any negative behaviour.

I wish I could give you a definate dosage, but can't as our kids are all so

different.

Regarding dosing, the best way is with 1/2 water 1/2 juice...the Immusist gets

dilluted so you can hardly taste it ( & it's w/the water it needs to push it

through the body)...1/2 juice to help disguise the rest of the Immusist flavor.

They get use to it...my kids are brushing their teeth & rinsing w/it mixed

w/water & drop of theives oil...dip toothbrush in this mixture add

toothpaste...it's really helping brighten up & clean their teeth well :o)

Keep us posted!

Rita
