I called the number and I talked to this really nice lady for about 20 minutes.

She told me that they are not doing a show on Autism and that someone got the

wrong idea off the web. She was sorry for any trouble but they are not doing a

show.

I'm not surprised.

If Oprah intended to do a show on autism, it would be because she has a

panel of guests ready and the demand was there. Surely, she would not ask

that it be posted through the internet because she needed more interest.

It's probably someone's ploy to get her to do it by having all these parents

of autistic children calling and offering themselves for the show, and

making her see the demand. (
