I agree w/, I think it has more to do w/the tort than the plagio. was developmentally delayed. She has behing in gross motor, fine motor and she has some SID going on. Early Intervention was a God send! I wish I had some advice for you, I'm sorry that I don't. We had to chuck the helmet after 6 weeks because he could remove it and it rubbed a terrible red mark on his head. So, it didn't work for us, but I'm sure it's not that bad for everyone.
