Hi Marilyn,

It's nice to hear from you! I agree w/, I think it has more

to do w/the tort than the plagio. was developmentally delayed.

She has behing in gross motor, fine motor and she has some SID going

on. Early Intervention was a God send! I wish I had some advice for

you, I'm sorry that I don't. Please keep us posted on your little

cutie.

Unfortunately, no. We had to chuck the helmet after 6 weeks because

he could remove it and it rubbed a terrible red mark on his head. So,

it didn't work for us, but I'm sure it's not that bad for everyone.

Anyway, glad to see this site is still going strong!
