It took Tommy FOREVER to realize he had to hold that thing DOWN when it was time for poop! My last resort was to use a little cup (like one of the 4oz tupperware cups for children). When it was poop time, I taught him to grab his cup, and put it over his penis. After awhile, and alot of practice, he learned to hold it down. Whatever works! Good luck!
